BCSM is a reliable, timely and overall effective management team. From the outset of finding a tenant, to collecting and depositing the rent, to coordinating repairs, they are efficient and responsible. They are the liason between the tenant and absentee landlord. When a problem arises, such as a leak or problem furnace, they advise you with a suggested solution and price. Fabulous service for both tenants and landlords.

My thanks Ashley.
