Ashley Lutke-Schipholt: Licensed Property Manager

Ashley Lutke-Schipholt PREC* has over a DECADE of experience in the property management business representing home owners throughout the South Okanagan. Upon completing a Bachelor of Business degree in Kelowna Ashley moved to sunny Osoyoos and became a licensed property manager through the Sauder School of Business. She has grown her company to over 100 residential rental units since 2010. Ashley is an active member of LandlordBC and the Professional Association of Managing Agents and has completed all courses in the Residential Building Management curriculum. She has also been a recipient of the RE/MAX 100% Club award for the last 5 years and in 2020 was inducted into the RE/MAX HALL OF FAME. Ashley loves bringing people to this beautiful area and sustaining healthy relationships between property owners and residents.

Pam Thompson: Administration Manager & Unlicensed Property Management Assistant

Pam Thompson joined our team in January of 2015. Pam brings a wealth of knowledge as the past manager of a large RV resort in Osoyoos and self-manager of her own rental units. Pam is kept busy completing quarterly inspections on each rental unit and handling all work order requests. With keen attention for detail and a high level of intelligence, she is a great asset to our team. 

Collin Kirtzinger: Property Manager & Emergency Contact

Collin Kirtzinger became a licensed property manager in 2016. Collin is our contact for property owner and resident after-hour emergencies. Collin can be reached at 250-689-1925 for emergencies that occur after 5PM on weekdays, and on weekends or holidays.
